These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://theharvestcompany.org/ (the "Site") and any related communications, services or content provided by The Harvest Company ("The Harvest Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Business information

The Harvest Company is an agri-export business operating from Sri Lanka. All enquiries, quotations and contracts are subject to review and approval by our authorised representatives.

2. Use of the site

  • You may use the Site to learn about our products and services and to contact us for legitimate business enquiries.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data.

  • All quotations are subject to confirmation of specifications, quality standards, logistics arrangements and compliance requirements.

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, graphics and layouts, are owned or licensed by The Harvest Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Confidentiality

Any technical specifications, pricing, supply plans or other confidential information shared during business discussions must be protected and used solely for evaluating or performing a potential transaction with The Harvest Company.

6. Compliance and export controls

Our products are subject to Sri Lankan and destination country regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that orders comply with applicable import, customs, food safety and phytosanitary requirements. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Harvest Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
